FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We’ve thought of all the questions our customers ask us the most and compiled a list below to save you time. If you can’t quite find the answer you are looking, just give us a call!

£8 per person off-peak / £10 per person peak

All online bookings must be paid for with a debit or credit card. On-site, we accept cash (except £50 notes), card and cheque (where authorised by the management).

We always advise booking in advance and completing your disclaimer online to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible. We do accept walk-in bookings subject to availability.

Fri: 9:30am – 9pm
Sat: 9:30am – 9pm
Sun: 9:30am – 7pm

Every now and then we may alter opening times or our park programme due to a private event or unforeseen circumstances. We will post any closure notices on social media, so be sure to like our Facebook page and follow our Twitter account!

Park programmes for holiday periods will be published on the home page.

We do advise all our customers wear special grip socks. Grip socks can be purchased from Front of House for just £2.00 a pair and can be worn again every time you visit!

In the interest of safety, we only allow participants aged 6 year olds and above on Open Jump Sessions. Mini Bouncers sessions are hosted for the little ones aged 1 to 5 daily between 10-11AM plus additional sessions held ad-hoc subject to capacity. The age restrictions and supervision rules may apply to different sessions.

We do not operate a height restriction policy. However based on the trampoline manufacturer’s guidelines, we do have a weight limit of 16 stone/101 kilograms.

All participants must complete a disclaimer prior to joining a session. Participants aged 15 and under must have a disclaimer completed by an adult aged 18+. Minors may be added to an adult’s disclaimer. Jumpers aged 16+ must complete their own individual disclaimer.

We do sell gift vouchers! Please ask at the front desk when you visit or give us a call, pay by card and we’ll post them out to your address.

Yes you can! Please email our Marketing Manager, Tom Coleman on tom.coleman@infinitycardiff.co.uk to make an enquiry and he will be in touch to arrange a tour of our park to see how we can scope best use of our facilities to host your event and provide a bespoke quote.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in the event of cancellations. If you are unable to attend the session you booked or made a mistake whilst booking, please give us a call on 02920 003323 and we will do our best to amend your booking to a time and date suitable for you!

Our off-peak period runs all day Monday to Thursday and Fridays until 3PM during school term time only.

Our peak period runs from 3PM Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday all year round. It also runs during Bank Holidays and throughout all school holiday periods including half terms, Christmas/New Year, Easter and Summer.

Wear anything you feel comfortable jumping in. We recommend loose fitting clothing. Get ready to get sweaty!

That is a yes! We offer a 20% discount on open jump sessions all week when you present a valid student ID with a visible date of expiration.

There is a also special deal for students groups, societies and sport teams when you book a group of 20 or more students during an off-peak session, with even bigger discounts during our Student Night promotion. Submit an enquiry here!
