Gluten Free Statement
Although our gluten-free dough dough and menu items are made and cooked using dedicated kitchen utensils and trays, they are prepared in the same facility and ovens as our regular, flour-crust pizzas. We cannot guarantee that our pizzas and other menu items are 100% free of gluten as there is always a possibility of trace amounts crossing over from other kitchen areas. While our suppliers also provide gluten-free ingredients, we cannot be sure that cross-contamination has not occurred before the ingredients get to us. Please consider this when ordering from our menu.
Our staff will take the following steps to best avoid cross-contamination:
- Gluten-free pizzas are baked on a specifically designed, raised baking screen so that they won’t come into contact with the cooking surface used for gluten containing pizzas.
- Gluten-free pizzas are sliced with a special cutter that is only used for gluten-free pizzas.
- The ingredients we use to make gluten-free pizzas are stored away from the gluten-containing pizza ingredients.
