  • All efforts will be made to accommodate a booking.
  • A minimum of 10 guests is required to book a party package and up to a maximum of 25 guests can be catered for in our larger party room. For larger parties, submit an enquiry here.
  • Parties must be booked 7 days in advance and a 20% deposit paid at the time of booking. If you wish to book a party package at short notice, call us on 02920 003323.
  • The remaining balance will be payable on the day of the booking.
  • Number of guests must be confirmed within 48 hours of party booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
  • Bookings may be moved by request of the customer with sufficient reasoning and 48 hours notice to another date subject to availability.
  • Management reserve the right to cancel or move bookings if circumstances out of their control occur.
  • All guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of a booking and must have a signed disclaimer to join a jump session.
  • Group disclaimer forms will be available for completion on the day of the booking.
  • All guests must meet the age and weight restrictions of the jump session a party booking is joining and adhere to supervision rules where appropriate.
  • Safety regulations appropriate to the jump session that the party booking will join will be in effect and it is the responsibility of party organiser to ensure all guests understand them.
  • Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed unless given prior permission by the management team.
  • If you have any dietary requirements, the café team will do their best to accommodate them.
  • The party room must be vacated after your allocated 30 minutes.
  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
